Processing & Delivery time
After an order is placed, it can take 2-5 business days to process depending on the order size. For large quantities and custom orders, processing may take longer. Business days are currently defined as Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind; orders placed after 4pm MST or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day.
You will receive your tracking number via the email associated with your purchase once your order ships out. In the event of a large order, you may receive separate packages. For more questions surrounding tracking please email info@azzublu.com

***IMPORTANT: Customs costs are not covered. Customs charges may occur when importing orders outside the EU.

Returns
You can withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of 14 working days from the day of delivery.
Send us an email to info@azublu.com with the information of your order and your request of return.
All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by Azzublu. The product must be returned in its original packaging. It must not have been used, nor have suffered even minimal damage, in a perfectly clean condition and in resalable condition. Once the return has been authorized, you may return the package.
You are responsible for the shipping costs.
After the returned package arrives at our location we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item. Your refund will be credited to you through the payment method you used.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on custom made items. All custom made items sales are final.
