What do I receive when I participate in the referral program?
Participation in the base level referral program provides for a 10% commission on sales generated through your link or coupon.
How is the commission calculated?
It is calculated based on the price of the product, excluding taxes and shipping costs paid by the customer. It is calculated as follows:
(Sales amount - taxes - shipping paid) x 10% = Commission received.
When do I receive the commission payment?
The sales commission payment is made at the end of the month, using the payment method you choose when you register your account.
How do I know how much I will receive in my payment?
When you register with us, you will receive access to our affiliate panel, where you will have all the information about what is happening with your profile.
Inside the panel you will have your referral link, you will have metrics of visits on your links, and all the automatic calculations of the commissions you will receive. The commission is considered accepted once the customer receives your products and 14 days after receiving the merchandise (return period). In the case of a return prior to the actual payment of the commission, it will be deducted from the payment to be made.
How is the tracking of the visits done?
The tracking of the visits is done directly through your referral link, or using your referral coupon (referral coupons are more important than the referral link). The duration of the tracking is 30 days, meaning that if a person enters through your referral link, and makes a purchase within 30 days from the same device, the attribution of that sale will be for you.
Where can I place referral links?
Your referral link can be used in any type of campaign you consider. You can place it in your social profiles, in your mailing lists and email campaigns, in SMS campaigns, etc. The important thing is that the referral link is correct in order to properly track your referrals.
Can I receive Azzublu™ products to generate content?
Yes, in certain cases we send products to our affiliates to drive sales and interaction with the community. If we think you can profit from receiving and sharing one of our products, we can send it to you at no cost. Similarly, we will give you content that you can share on your profiles.
Conditions
1. Your account may be suspended without notice if we determine misuse of the products or brand communications, you will be notified at the time of suspension, and we will review together whether to continue with the program. In the event of a final suspension, the commissions due will be paid at the end of the current period.
2. You can indicate your decision not to continue with the referral program. Your account will be suspended once the last commission payment is made.
